Code Pink disrupts Israeli Army colonel's appearance at the Newseum

On the 7th of June, Israel ret Lt Colonel Avital Leibovich had the nerve to speak at the Newseum despite the deaths of three reporters on her watch during one of Israel's many invasions of Gaza. Code Pink got inside and got behind her with multiple banners before being removed by force.

Both Code Pink and Jewish Voices for Peace were present at this event, not only calling out Leibovich but also calling out the Newseum for hosting a speaker who personally defended the killing of 3 journalists by the IDF during the 2012 Gaza War..
