Lawsuit fails to win injunction against "managed hunts" to cull deer in Montgomery County, MD

On the 15th of September, two handpicked groups of archers will begin shooting deer in a "managed hunt in two Montgomery County parks. A lawsuit by a Bethesda resident and PETA is seeking to halt this hunt, a curious hybrid of conventional deer hunting and police/ranger deer culling programs. On September 11th, the court refused to grant an injunction to halt the shooting while the case is heard on it's merits.

Protesters march in Baltimore as cops who killed Freddie Gray get 1st court date

On the 2nd of September, the six killer cops responsible for the death of Freddie Grey faced a courtroom for their first hearing. Their defense motions to throw out the charges entirely was rejected, but the court severed the cases from each other. Thus there will be six separate cases, none hearing ALL of the evidence. This reduced the odds of convicting any of these murderers. Outside protesters marched and video has emerged of one of them being tackled and arrested by Baltimore's worst. At 6;30PM, protesters returned to the courthouse for the weekly "West Wednesday" protest organized by the family of Tyrone West. Tyrone was beaten to death by Baltimore police after a traffic stop, and no charges were filed against the cops. All of these protests have been peaceful, yet cops glowered and stood ostentatously blocking exit routes.

Rockville Confederate Statue Historically Corrected

In Rockville, MD, a statue of a Confederate soldier sits outside a courthouse. Courthouses are one of the most important places people of color face systematic abuse, getting different "justice" than whites get. The Confederate statue outside is a symbol of the racism inside. On the morning of July 27, the words "Black Lives Matter" were found painted on the statue. County Executive Isaih Legget says the statue will soon be moved but no decision has been made on where. County officials were so fast to have the truth power-washed from the statue that only the original photos by an Uber driver clearly show the artist's work.

This photo was run on CBS TV9's website but credited to "?@nutzarieus," their own photos showed the remnants of the graffiti after the county hurredly tried to whitewash away the words "Black Lives Matter"
