Video:Counterprotesters halt Nazi march on Penn Ave, swarm of police respond

On the 3rd of December, neo-Nazis attempted to march to Lafayette Park in front of the White House for a rally with speakers. They ran into stiff opposition as two different groups opposing fascism marched onto Pennsylvania Ave to confront them. The advance of the Nazis then stalled, and this was as far as they got. A large number of cops then blocked the road and pushed into the space between the Nazis and the much greater number of counterprotesters.

On Nov 19, 2016, Richard Spencer's "National Policy Institue" (NPI) met in the Ronald Reagan building in DC, throwing Nazi salutes while maybe 1,000 protesters beseiged the building. One year later, on Nov 19, 2017 they had to meet in a barn after the Ronald Reagan building dumped them, and it appears far fewer attended. Recent bounced checks by Richard Spencer probably made hotels unavailable.

Update Nov 20,2017:The barn that hosted NPI has been identified as Rocklands Farm in Poolesville, MD. It appears to be a rustic host site for weddings etc and was rented under false pretences. NPI was ordered to leave as soon as the owners realized they had Nazis on their property

A "Eugene Debian" has posted a story suggesting that Nazis on 4chan are taking credit for the shooting in Texas, this coming after a fake news campaign tried to blame this horrific mass murder on progressive and anti-fascist activists. The kicker is a photo of the neo-Nazi terror group "Atomwaffen" saying "Watch the news for Texas tomorrow-something big is coming" which appears to have been posted to 4chan on November 4.

On the 13th of October,extreme-right Brazilian congressman Jair Bolsonaro was forced to cancel his planned appearance at George Washington University after students began mobilizing against him. He is a far-right fascist planning to run for President of Brazil. In a recent scandal Bolsonaro called for the execution by firing squad of the curators of an LGBTQ art exhibit.
