Code Pink protests the "Saudi cultural and arts event" at the Kennedy Center during the visit of Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman.

From Code Pink:

The protesters will focus on bin Salman's key role in the bombing of Yemen, which has created the worldâs greatest humanitarian crisis. They will also debunk the notion that the Crown Prince is a reformer who is fighting corruption and bringing a new age of enlightenment to the kingdom.

Unity walk between Synagogue, churches, and Islamic Center stands against religious hate

On the 15th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks, a "Unity Walk" originated at Washington Hebrew Congregation, ended at the Islamic Center, and stopped in at most of the churches, temples, and other religious institutions along the way. The march was in opposition to religious hate, under the theme "know your neighbor." At the Islamic Center, a Jewish Rabbi spoke condemning the persecution of US Muslims that has taken place since the entirely foreign 9-11 attacks. No direct mention of Trump and the wave of hate he was stirred up was necessary.

Protest at White House dmeands declassification of 9/11 report pages showing Saudi gov't complicity

On Thursday, the 23ed of June, protesters showed up at the White House demanding that 28 now-classified pages of the 9-11 report detailing Saudi complicity in 9-11 be released. One of the signs charged Obama with concealing the lies of George W Bush.
